Patient Confidentiality

The Data Protection Act governs your confidentiality to ensure that your private/personal information is not disclosed. Under certain circumstances, your consent to disclose information for appropriate reasons may be requested.

Should you require greater privacy for conversation in the reception area, please request this of reception staff.

We ask you for personal information so that you can receive care and treatment.

This information is recorded on computer and Chamberlayne Road Surgery is registered under the Data Protection Act. The Practice will ensure that patient confidentiality is maintained at all times by all members of the practice team.
