Repeat Prescriptions

If you are taking long term ongoing medication, you may be able to obtain authorized repeat prescription without seeing the doctor. This is done online or by indicating your request on the right hand side of your last prescription which you should always retain. 48 hours notice is required for repeat prescriptions.

Please note on the right hand side of your prescription the date of your medication review which should be undertaken at a doctor’s consultation.

New prescriptions are authorized only at doctor’s consultation or on receipt of authorization from a hospital.
